Sib, — I am directed to inform you [ that it appears that though in the pe. tition from the ratepayers, praying that Kiwitea Ward may be co nsituted a separate Highway District, the boundaries given therein do not include the whole of the Ward, I am acco-dingly to request you to be good enough to state whether it is desired that tbe whole of the Ward, beidg No 6 of the Manawatu Highway District, shall .be proclaimed a new ' Highway Disl'lQt.— l have, &c, ' Gt.
