TUH3MATA. The exhibitors of this district deserve their amount.of praise for the number of prizes taken at the Rama Rama Show. We specially congratulate Mr F. Ballard, who has been successful in winning the Cole-Baker Cup for the second time. Mr Ballard has won as many as 17 first and 8 second prizes. Many of his exhibits were beautiful. Miss O. Ballard 2 firsts and 4 seconds. Miss T. Ballard 1 firsjt, 1 second.. Mr Robinson, 1 first. Mrs Newcombe, lfirst,lsecond. Miss Mira Newcombe, 1 ficst. Miss Winnie Newcombe, 1 first. Miss Biddick, 1 second. Miss E. Hamilton, 1 fisrt, 2 second, I third.

Miss L. Hamilton. 2 firsts, 1 second, 1 third. Mrs Dingle, 1 second. Miss Cora Dingle, 1 first. Mrs S. Dufty, 3 firsts, 4 seconds.

Mr S. Dufty, 1 second, 1 highly commended, -Miss K. Dufty, 1 first, 1 second. Mr King, 1 first. Miss Doris King, 1 first. Mrs George. 3 firsts. Miss Catherine George, 2 firsts, 1 highly commended. Who was the gentleman from the city, who did not know what homemade butter was ? DRURY. A most pleasant and successful evening was spent at the Cricketers’ Social on Friday, 11th November, in the hall. Dancing and musical items filled the evening’s programme. The floor was in excellent order, the music all that could be wished for, and special thanks arb due to Mr Jt. Brooks, who so ably aclted as M.C., mkaing the evening one of the most sociable ever held in Drury. Miss Daphne Lodge (recitation), Mrs Sneddon. Miss Walker, and Mrs Geoorge were duly appreciated in their rendering of some pretty songs, and were again asked to respond. Mr J. Brooks thanked all those who had! so kindly helped with the evening’s programme, and appreciation was shown by acclamation. The cricketers are funds in hand through the success of their social.
