CONVEYANCE DEED TO BE EXECUTED. At Monday’s meeting of the Borough Council, the Borough solicitors stated! 'that Mr W. "RoulSton’s solicitors had advised them that Mr Roulston was now prepared to execute a Deed of Conveyance of Roulston Park to (the Council, the Memorial Gate having been erected. It was pointed oust that the Council held the property in question under a lease at a nominal rental’, pending completion of the Memorial. Gate. Should -the Council desire to have the property legally vested in the Corporation they would be pleased to receive instructions, so that the matter could be completed. On the motion of the Mayor the necessary instructions are to be given.
