STRAYING CATTLE.
'At the meeting of the Franklin Society on Tuesday flight, the fact was mentioned that •"Jfaite a number of Stock were allowed to stray in the Borough. These animals caused considerable damage to hedges, etc. The matter was referred to the Publicity committee, with instructions (that the matter should be brought under jthe notice of the proper authorities.
