Court held at Pukekohe on Wednesday a Maori named William Topu, of Tuakau, was fined 5s and costs 17s and prohibited for 12 months for being found drunk in George Street, Tuakau, on August 6. This was a case in which a man named Flawes (Mr Mahoney) sued a cousin-in-law named Fan-ant (Mr Easley.) for £42 alleged to be due for board.
