WEDDING BELLS.
WYLIE NEEDHAM. A pretty wedding was celebrated in the Methodist Church, Pukekohe, on Thursday last, the., contracting parties being Miss Ivy Floris Needham, eldest daughter of .Mr and Mrs A. Needham, Patumahoe, and Mr James Matthew Wylie, of Ngare, Taranaki., The Rev. J. Olphert was the officiating minister, The bride, who .was given away by her father, was charmingly attired in a white crepe. de chine duress, with beaded trimming. She wore a long bridal veil and orange blossoms, and carried a beautiful shower bouquet of white roses, bouvardias and asparagus
ferns. A gold chain, and very handsome pendant of pearls, set off the beautiful gown. Miss Hilda M. Needham,, sister of the bride, at-
tended as bridesmaid. Her dress was
a delicate shade of lemonette oversilk, surmounted by a large lemon and black hat to match the dress. She, wore a dainty pearl spray brooch, and carried a lovely bouquet of lemon-coloured chrysanthemums, violets and fern's. Mr L, Garfield Bennett very ably fulfilled the duties of groomsman. After the ceremony the guests were received at the Carnival Tea Rooms, where a sumptuous
wedding breakfast was enjoyed. The toasts of the bride and, bridegroom, the bridesmaid, parents of the bride, and mother of the bridegroom were duly honoured., The happy couple left by the afternoon train for Auckland to begin their honeymoon tour. Their future home will be in Taranaki,
