PROSECUTION FOR BREACH (P.A.) NEW PLYMOUTH. Oct. 23. Charges involving alleged breaches of th* regulations governing:the control of building materials, the first to be instituted Tn the Dominion, were preferred in the Police Court at New Plymouth to-day against Ernest Colin Hayton, of New Plymouth, a plumbers’ merchant, and Metal Workers Ltd., of New Plymouth, metal goods manufacturers,'in which Hayton is also a shareholder.
