AIRCRAFT ACCIDENT
DUNEDIN FLYING OFFICER INJURED (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 4. Two members of the Royal New Zealand Air Force received injuries in an aircraft accident at a South’ Island station yesterday, when an aircraft crashed on landing. Flying-officer John Hugh McHaftey Carswell wa* slightly injured. His mother is Mr* K. E. Carswell, of Dunedin. Aircraftman Carrell William Mooar was severely injured. His wife is Mrs A. Ew Mooar, of Christchurch.
