Johnstone, F. Ferguson, and G. McDonald), 441, 3. A dance which was held in tho evening proved very successful, the proceeds being given to the All Purposes Appeal. The president (Mr W. M. Johnstone), who presented the prizes, congratulated the winners on the good scores handed in, and thanked the visitors tor once again making the tournament a success, CLUB COMPETITIONS Chisholm Park Club. —A single Stahleford bogey match was played and resulted in a win for L. Currie, with a score of 17—17 34. Other good cards returned were those of T. Thomson 18—15—33, R. McAllan 14— 18— J. Diehl 16—16—32, C. Davis 18—13 —3l, and G. More 23— 1 7—30. A Stahleford match was played by the ladies’ club on Saturday, the best scores being: Miss Wroathall 8—24—32, Miss Pearce B—28 —24— 32, Miss Hall 4—27—31, Miss Doocey 8—25—31. On the count-back Miss Wreathall proved the winner. In the ladies’ mid-week section the best cards in a medal match were returned by Mrs Barsdell and Mrs Ayres. To-morrow the first qualifying round in the club championship and junior and novice cups will be played in conjunction with the final round of the Grant trophy. Belleknowes Ladies’ Club. —The best cards returned in the medal round played on Saturday were: Miss Kinaston 84—22 —62, Mrs Brownlee 100—36—64, Mrs Mclver 85— 19 — 66. The following have qualified to play in the junior championship:—Mrs Fletcher, Miss Kinaston, Mrs Mclver, Mrs Cramond, Mrs Scager Miss Strong, Miss Rothwell, Miss Lutnsden, Miss Carroll, Mrs Randle, Mrs Martin, Mrs Daglish, Miss McKinnon, Miss Hessian, Miss Flett, and Miss Corbett. St. Clair Ladies’ Club.—A single Stableford bogey match will be played on the Corstorphine links to-morrow. The draw for partners will be at the clubhouse. The winners in the sealed holes match last, week were: A grade, Mrs Burn; B grade, Mrs G. Stone.
