Details: A flashing red light, flash o.7sec, eclipse o.4sec, has been established on the western end of the wave-break. Chart affected; No. 1,970. —Summer Time. — Summer time will come into operation at 2 a.m. New Zealand mean time on Sunday, September 29, when clocks should be advanced 30 minutes.
