OTAGO V. SOUTHLAND The r'eturn match between Otago and Southland will bo played at Carisbrook on Saturday. It will be the final fixture for the season, and as both teams will bo represented by strong sides a fast, open game should be witnessed. Southland will be without the services of three of their players, and Otago_ will be without two. With the experience 'gained in tho northern tour Otago should have a much better combination than it had when it met Southland in the first match. Two curtain-raisers will be played. At noon a fifth grade ■representative team will play_ a South Otago third grade representative team. At 1.30 the Otago and Southland referees will play their annual fixture. The box plan is now open at Begg’s and will close at 11 a.m. on Saturday. Ground tickets are on sale at the Otago Sports Depot and Jacobs’s. Official guides containing full particulars of teams and players will be oil sale at the Otago Sports Depot, Jacobs’s, arid at Carisbrook. Patrons to the stand enclosure are reminded that entrance will be by tho Burns street gate only.
