FLOOD OF ALIENS
REGISTRATION OFFICERS BUSY [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 12. Since the regulations were announced a little over a week ago, there' has been a constant stream of aliens from a bewildering assortment ‘of countries applying for registration at the Central Police Station, and so large is the rush .that at times as many as 10 officers have been employed trying to cope with it. '
