OVERSEAS PASSAGE RATES
SURCHARGE OF 33i PER CENT. ANNOUNCED
HO RETURN TICKETS JO BE ISSUED

WELLINGTON, September 12,
Suez. Panama, and Cape steamship lines announce a surcharge of 33 1-3 per cent, to be added forthwith to all passage rates. The issue of all return tickets will be discontinued.
