GOOD TEMPLARY
The Rescue _ Lodge, No. _ 105 (1.0.G.T.), held its weekly meeting in the Oddfellows’ Hall on Tuesday fast. Chief Templar,. Bro. M'Cnrdy, presiding over an excellent attendance of members. The Grand Chief Templar, Bro. W. A. lies, G.L. officers, P.G.L. officers, and special deputies held their first official visit, and were heartily welcomed. Greetings were conveyed from The Star of Wellington Lodge, No. IS. The following officers responded:—Bro. W. A. lies (G.C.T.), Bro. Campbell (G. Council), Bro. Mercer, S.D., and Sister Beath (P.G.C.). The programme for the eyening was “ Sister Lodges’ Visit,” greetings being conveyed from All Nations Lodge, No. 13. Sister lies reported on the Star of the South Juvenile Temple. A game of . shuffle board was played, with community singing by the younger members. The Star of the South Juvenile Temple, No. 15, held its weekly meeting in the Oddfellows’ Hall on Tuesday last. Chief Templar, Sister E. Gibbs, presided over an excellent attendance of members, with Supt. Bro. T. Brooks in charge. Sister Mrs lies was welcomed, being the official visitor from the Rescue Lodge. The final of the apple competition was held. Bro. Leithly being the winner. Pledge tests were made, the following being successful : Chief Templar, Sister E. Gibbs; Chaplain, Sister P.
