The Court of Appeal to-day dismissed appeals against their sentences by tho following prisoners:—James Alexander Fleming (Dunedin), John William Graves (Wellington), Richard Nunes (Christchurch), James Baxter (Napier), Richard John Phelan (Timaru), Norman Theodore Kater (Wellington), and Albert 'William Menneer (Christchurch).
