PREPARING DOSSIER FOR MR NASH MATERIAL FUR BRITISH NEGOTIATIONS [Fkom Our Parliamentary Reporter.} WELLINGTON, September 28. An exhaustive survey of the secondary industries of New Zealand is being made by the special committee which was set up some time ago by Mr Nash with the object of providing him with complete information for . use in ms negotiations with the British Government for a new trade agreement. Sir Francis Frazer, chairman of the Executive Commission of Agriculture, is chairman of the committee, which consists of departmental officers, economists, and two members of Parliament, Messrs Lyon and Morgan WilThe committee is mating a study of the whole field of industry, taking into consideration the fluctuations of imports, the volume of trade diverted from Britain to Australia ; and the possibilities of the establishment of a number of key industries in the Dominion. .... X , The report of the committee is to be in the hands of the Minister not later than October 7.
