FORMER GERMAN CRUISER Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright ISTANBOUL, September 22. The flagship of the _ Turkish naval squadron which will visit Malta in November will be the Yawaz, formerly the German battle cruiser Goeben, famous for eluding the British in the early days of the war.
