GERMANY'S LOST COLONIES
CAMPAIGN FOR RETURN INTENSIFIED PROPAGANDA Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright BERLIN, September 21. (Received September 22, at 11.5 a.m.) Germany is speeding up the colonial campaign. Walls, hoardings, and trees are placarded with appeals to join the German Colonial League. One poster shows an eagle under a swastika flag rrazing enviously at a colonial landscape and bearing the legend: “Germany, your colonies.’’ . Numerous books arc being published on the colonial problem, and cinemas are showing travel films of mandated territories. A big colonial congress will open at Breslau on October 16.
