MAN DIES WORTH £65,00D NO WILL LEFT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CAPE TOWN, September 21. (Received September 22, at 11.30 a.m.) The neighbours of an elderly ’ Greek named Panaziotis Vafidcs, who fed him with scraps of food from their own scanty store, were amazed to find that he was worth £65,000 made from mining investments. Vafides died after an illness. He protested that lie was unable to afford a doctor. He left no will.
