ANTI-JAPANESE INCIDENTS REINFORCEMENTS TO BE DESPATCHED Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright TOKIO, September 21, (Received September 22, at 10.5 a.m.) As a sequel to the seven recent antiJapanese incidents, described as part of anti-Japanese terrorism throughout China, the Ministry of the Navy has obtained Imperial sanction to despatch to China reinforcements to operate with the third fleet.
