PROMOTER IK DIFFICULTIES Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, September 21. The promoter of the Barney RossJack Carroll fight, Mr Charles Lucas, announced that, unless he can raise £6,500 by to-morrow, the world’s wel-ter-weight fight, fixed for December at Sydney, will be cancelled. Mr Lucas so far has only been able to raise £7,000 of the requisite £13,500 to Ross.
