HEW DECREE IH GERMAHY SYNTHETIC MIXTURES TO BE USED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, September 18. (Received September 19, at 12.30 p.m.) The Berlin correspondent of the ‘ Daily Chronicle ’ says that, in accordance with Herr Hitler’s plan of self-sufficiency, a decree prohibits the manufacture of clothes and other textiles from natural material and requires a mixture of synthetic wool and cotton to the extent of from 20 to 30 per cent.
