LADY LYTICN Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, September 18. (Received September 19, at 10 a.m.) The death is announced of tho Countess of Lytton. Countess Lytton and her twin sister. Lady Loch, celebrated tbeir ninety-fifth birthday on September 15, and on the same’ day Lady Lytton’s granddaughter gave birth to twin daughters.
