(Received September 19, at 1 p.m. Herr Hitler’s birthday amnesty benefited 601,3«3 persons, of whom 3,532 were Nazis displaying excessive zeal and 277 pastors allegedly misusing the pulpit. The remainder concerned trivial offences punishable by a month or a fine,, of which there were 253,000, Proceedings in these cases have been stopped.
