FATAL NEGLIGENCE
charge Against gar driver [Tee United Press Association.] GREYMOUThT September 16. In the Magistrate’s Court John Cyril O’Donnell (27), a trucker, was charged with negligently driving a car at Greymotith on August 29, thereby causing the death of a motor cyclist, William Ramsay Burt. The accused, who was ailso charged with failing to stop after the accident, was remanded for a week, bail being fixed l in self of £SOO and two sureties of £250 each, or one nf £SOO.
