[Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, September 16. The following scratchings are announced for the Avondale Meeting Quadroon, Candico, Sardius, and Philemup for the Champion Hack Plate. Philemup for the Henderson Handicap. Red Ledger for the Avondale Stakes. High Test for the Swanson Handicap., Merial and Clessamor for all engagements.
