(Received September 14, at 11 a.m.) Less than 30 miles from war-wrecked Spain 150,000 ex-soldiers, including delegations from England, France, Germany, Italy, and Canada, are praying for peace. French ex-soldiers assembled in force at the railway platform to greet the Germans, and warmly embraced their former enemies.
