EIGHT IN ONE DAY TRIUMPH FOR COBB. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BONNEVILLE (France), Sept. 12. Cobb established eight world motor car records to-day on the completion of a 24-hour run over the Sorset speedway hero. He averaged 150.1629 miles per hour. Seven other records were set during the run. Near the end Cobb almost met_ disaster. His heavy NapiorRailton skidded on two wheels for a second and a crash appeared inevitable, but lie managed to right the machine and continue.
