FINLAND’S ARMY CHIEF
VISIT TO ENGLAND (British Official Wireless.l Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY,- September 9. (Received September 10, at noon.) Field-marshal Mannerheim, chairman of the Finnish Council of National Defence, who superintended _ the reorganisation of the Finnish defence forces, will attend the tank brigade exorcises at Salisbury Plain next week, and his programme while the guest of the British Government will also include visits to Woolwich Arsenal, to Vickers-Armstrong works at Barrow, inspection of British aircraft at Coventry, and talks at the War Office and Air Ministry.
