LONDON, September 23. (Received September 24, at 1.5 p.m.) Wash.ed overboard and back on deck with his pipe still in his mouth was the experience which befell Captain Newman, of the yacht Oceana, which he described at the inquest on his mate who was washed overboard and drowned.
