Dr Barnett said the maximum incubation period was fourteen days, and with proper quarantine conditions at Home and hero in Now Zealand there was practically no risk.—lt was pointed out that copies of Air Begg’s resolution had been posted to the principal A. and P. societies throughout New Zealand, a number of which replied seconding the proposal, while others had framed resolutions on a par with that passed at the October meeting last year.
