GOVERNMENT BY DECREE
CHANGE IN BULGARIA Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SOFIA, June 18. The Prime Minister (M. Georgieff) announces that lie intends to govern Bulgaria by decree for a year, and then the National Assembly will be reconstituted with two-thirds of the members representing the corporations into which Bulgaria will be divided.
