PAYMENTS TO AMERICA VIRTUAL BREAKDOWN OF AGREEMENTS Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, June 14. Tlxo Washington correspondent of the New York ‘ Times ’ says that of the 477,000,000d0l due to-morrow on war debts from fifteen foreign Governments the Tx-easury is assured of only one payment —166,000d0l from Finland. This is interpreted as a virtual breakdown of the funding agreements concluded between 1923 and 1925.
