Archer), at a meeting of the Trainway Board, discussing the effect of the Appeal Board judgments. “it is' just as well for the Appeal Board chairman !to know that the Tramway Board is going to manage its own'business aud staff. The members of the staff who are antagonistic to the Tramway Board are going to pay the price. We are going to play fair by our staff, and are not going to be the puppets of the Appeal Board.”
