AMERICAN LEGISLATOR'S RESOLUTION Frets Association—By Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, June 10. (Received June 11, at 12.20 p.ni.) Representative Cannon, of Wisconsin, will present a resolution prohibiting the interstate transportation of motion picture films in which the characters “ display moral turpitude.” He claimed that 9 per cent, of the productions were unfit for children. “ The whole atmosphere of Hollywood,” he said, “ is steeped in immorality. Parents blush with shame whenever they attend a cinema accompanied by their children.”
