BEACH CARNIVAL
The carnival at St. Clair, which will bo open.,l (as announced by advertisement) on Jinxing Day, will be continued until the end of the week. Games of all kinds, competitions, including a baby show, doll dressing, etc., are arranged for, and the Tramway and St. Kdda Bands, under whose auspices the carnival is to be held, will render selections suitable to carnival time. Our Dunedin beaches are magnificent adjuncts of the city, and holi-day-makers are sure to pay them a visit.
