PRINCESS THEATRE
George Wallace is undoubtedly the most popular comedian that has even found his way to the Princess Theatre, for although this is the fourth season which ho has been in Dunedin, largo audiences are nightly filling the Fuller house. There is something distinctive about George Wallace’s efforts at fun making, and this week’s effort, ‘ At the Cross Roads,’ gives him ample opportunity to display Ins abilities. There are several episodes in which the diminutive comedian has the house in an uproar, one of the host being his appearance in ‘ Sally the Slavey,’ in which ho is seen in feminine garb. Ho is well supported by the members of his company, who contribute songs and dance numbers, and altogether provide a thoroughly entertaining programme.
