REINSTATEMENT PLEADED LONDON, February 29. (Received March 1, at 1.30 a.m.) The British United Press correspondent at Moscow states that a prominent Trotskyite, Piatiakov, has written from his place of banishment recanting and asking for reinstatement in the Communist Party.
