ST. JOHN (New Brunswick), Feb. 28. (Received February 29, at 9.25 a.m.) Major G. C. 0. Usborne was drowned here yesterday, when ho fell from the steamer Montnairn when entering the harbor. Major Usborne last summer planned a flight from Vancouver to Australia, but abandoned it when the ’plane was found unsuitable.
