BRADFORD TOPS MARKET. LONDON, February 23. The Bradford market is quiater, and business is restricted. Quotations are firmly maintained —64’s, 54d; 60s, 51d; sG’s, 43d; 50’s, 32d; 46’s, 26d; 40’s, 25d. BUTTER AND CHEESE. LONDON, February 23. Butter has an improved demand. Choicest salted: New Zealand, 164 s to 1665; exceptionally good, 168 s; Australian, 158 s; exceptionally good, 160 s. Unsalted: New Zealand, 168s_to 170 s; Australian, 156 s to 160 s; Danish, 188 s. Cheese is quiet. New Zealand, 94s to 955; Australian, 90s to 925. NATIONAL MORTGAGE AGENCY COMPANY. LONDON, February 23. Tho National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand’s dividend for the year is 7J per cent., with a bonus of 2s per share, tax free. After contributing £3,914 to the staff superannuation fund the credit balance is £45,310; brought forward, £14,060. BANK OF AUSTRALASIA. LONDON, February 23. The Bank of Australasia’s dividend for the year is 14 per cent., tax free. The sum of £40,000 is placed to the reserve fund, £50,000 to tho premises fund, and £139,567 is brought forward. WHEAT, FLOUR, ETC. LONDON, February 23. Wheat.—Cargoes opened firmly at an advance of 3d to 6d, but later buyers were inactive. Parcels were held for an advance of 3d to 6d, but the closing tone was easier. Liverpool Futures. —March, 10s 1 5-8 d; May, 10s 23d; July, 10s 3i|d. Spot lots were firmer. Australian, ex ship, 535.
