WEMBLEY DANCE CLUB

The Wembley Club is arranging a special “Welcome Dance” for to-night in the Early Settlers’ and Pioneer Halls. The officers and men of H.M.S. Laburnum have accepted an invitation to be present, and for their entertainment, a fox trot competition is included in this week’s attractions. In addition, patrons and gues l s will receive gassfilled balloons and paper hats, and a liberal supply of streamers will be available. The halls are being transformed by elaborate decorations, lighting, and spotlight effects. Special music will be provided by Gordon’s Dance Band, and Will Smith’s Kapai Orchestra.
