The annual meeting of the Dominion Council of the Workers’ Educational Association was held to-day, the mayor welcoming tho visiting delegates. Tho report stated that the growth of tho W.E.A. in this country had reached a point where it should be considered a distinct part of tho national system oi education. There were 122 classes formed hist session, with 6,1-17 students.
