AVELLINGTON, February 24
Andrew Alexander Clark, a. limnnn, aged twenty-two (false pretences, theft, forgery and uttering at Hawera and Christchurch)) twelve months’ imprisonment; William Roxburgh (theft as a servant), reformative detention not exceeding twelve months; Edward Hadaway Johnson, aged twenty (forgery and uttering at Blenheim), reformative detention not exceeding two years; John Charles Cannon, aged twenty-two (breaking and entering and theft at Wellington), reformative detention not exceeding two year's; George James Cullen, aged twenty-nine (forgery and uttering), two years’ imprisonment; ■lames Maxwell, aged fifty-live (breaking and entering and theft at Eeatherston), six months’ imprisonment; and Walter Hedlcy Huthnanre (theft as a servant) was sent to the Borsial Institute for a period not exceeding two years.
