CONNECTION OF WILHELM ARRESTED \ DISORDERLY CONDUCT ALLEGED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, February 23. (Received February 24, at 11.5 a.m.) Tho ex-Kaiser’s brother-in-law, M. Zonbkoif, was arrested at 3 o’clock this morning at a cafe, allegedly for knocking a page boy senseless. M. Zonhkoff was taken to a police station, and released after giving ins name and address.
