BERLIN, February 23. (Received February 24, at 11.5 a.m.) Tho Gorman Government presented Amanullah, the Amir of Afghanistan, with a ten-seater aeroplane as a souvenir ol his visit to Germany. There arc already a few similar machines in service in Afghanistan.
