SERVICE ESTIMATES
SUBSTANTIAL REDUCTIONS SHOWN SAVING OF £5,000,000 Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 23. (Receivqed February 24, at 11.30 a.m.) It is stated that the Estimates for tlio Services, when presented to Parliament in March, will show a total saving of between £4,000,000 and £5.000,000, the major portion of which will be effected by the Admiralty. The Air Force Estimate will remain approximatey the same as a year ago. There will be a reduction in the Army figures of an amount which is variously given as £500,000 to £1,000,000-
