Considerable amusement was afforded upon the arrival of the Italian ConsulGeneral, Signor Zuiniai, at Chicago with credentials showing that he had been appointed “Minister” to Chicago. . Ho said that Signor Mussoinn had been very much affected by a Imavilyjewelled gold wreath sent to him by the Italian-Americans of the Middle West, and that the “Ministership” was tangible evidence of Signor Mussolini’s goodwill towards Chicago.
