According to a cable _ message received hy (the vice-president of the Teachers’ College from the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement ot Teaching, Dr James Earle Russeib who was for a long tinn dean of the Teachers’ College in Columbia University, New \ 7 ork, has accepted an appointment as visiting Carnegie professor to Australia and Now Zealand. He will lecture on education subjects during his visit.
