(Received February 6, at 9.10 a.m.) The ‘ Sunday Express ’ states that M. Venezelos has gone to Paris following M. Cal’andaris’s threat to resign the direction of the Liberal Party if M. Venezelos continues bis intrigues with the militarists.

ATHENS, February 8. The reconstruction of the Zaimis Cabinet is regarded as practically impossible. The President has requested M. Cafandaris to negotiate with party leaders.
