BLAIR : M‘DONALD CUP. The final match of the series for the season 1927-28 for the Blair-M‘Donald Cup between the. Green Island and Fairfield Clubs took place on the Green Island Green last night. Bowling conditions were perfect, and; a very keen competition resulted in favor of Green Island, who will now hold the cup for thS year. Scores (Green Island names first); —

Harraway, Walker 16, P. Allen, Hollows, Ross, Scott 17; J. O. Lindsay, Murie, Kane, A. Smellie 27, R. Barclay, Sharp, J. Barclay, J. Anderson 11. Totals: Green Island 83, Fairfield. 55. At the conclusion Mr W. Allan briefly complimented Green Island on the win. Mr Miller, on receiving the cup on behalf of Green Island, briefly replied.
